Cleaning oil is designed to remove all polyamide residues on the tool and tip. When cleaning the nozzles, they simply need to be covered in oil. Tool cleaning oil is ideal not only for the BCD360 and BCD180 putty melt guns, but also for systems that dissolve granules. Ideal cleaner for small systems.

Nozzle cleaning:
• Pour the cleansing oil into a container and bring to a boil, then dip the nozzle into the oil
• Allow the nozzle to soak in boiling oil for at least 1 hour
• Remove the nozzle and wipe it with a cloth
• The oil can be reused several times

Cleaning systems:
• Preheat the gun and empty the putty
• Half fill the tank with cleaning oil and heat
• Drain some oil from the system and wait 5 minutes. Do this until all the oil comes out of the tank
• Fill the system with pellets
• After all this, the system is clean and the pellet gun is ready for use
