Dana Lim Tooling Liquid Concentrate 902 is specially formulated for silicone, MS-polymer and polyurethane based sealant tooling.

Reduces the risk of adhesion failure and sealant sticking to the tool. Suitable for both wet and dry tools.

Allows you to refill the connector.

Note: product is concentrated and must be diluted 1:10 with water.

Instructions for use:
• Temperature of use: can be used at temperatures from +5 °C to +40 °C.
• Application: used diluted with water in a ratio of 1:10. Keep the jointing stick dipped in tool fluid before working on the sealant, or spray the fluid directly onto the sealant and work in with a dry or wet joint stick. It is also suitable if the joint is finished with a trowel. Note that fittings that have been treated with Tooling Liquid 902 can be refilled.
• Cleaning: surfaces can be cleaned with a large amount of clean water or wipes "Wipes Sensitive 915".
• Note: when using tool fluid on a spray bottle, be aware that tool fluid applied directly to the seal, smeared or spilled onto adjacent surfaces can cause:
a) Corrosion hazard when used on steel.
b) Risk of discoloration when used on porous and sensitive surfaces such as natural stone and composite.
c) Risk of optical pollution/surface degradation when used on glass, lacquered/treated metal and plastic.

Avoid using in direct sunlight.

Testing is required to determine the suitability of adjacent surfaces, application method and any coating material.

Any excess tool fluid must be removed immediately from adjacent surfaces.
