Wagner E-Line Plus powder coating line expands the functional properties of the E-Line systems. A 15.6-inch touch screen integrated into the powder paint preparation and supply center and the possibility of using an additional external touch screen allow easy and convenient control of the entire system.

Powerful all-in-one control equipment, WICOS offers additional automation features, as well as high-resolution light barriers to accurately position and activate sprinklers.

In this way, the cost of paint powder can be reduced. Productivity losses can be avoided by choosing the option of supplying fresh paint powder from a cardboard box or BigBag.

• High-quality painting results due to depth control: during the painting process, the nozzles are controlled by depth to always ensure the optimal distance between the object to be coated and the nozzle.
