Returns:

The buyer has the right to return the product within 14 (fourteen) days, if it has not been used, the appearance has not changed significantly. The product is returned in the original packaging. Return costs must be pay by the Buyer.

You can return the goods directly to us at: European prospectus 36, 46369, Каunas, Lithuania (address for e-commerce).

The goods must be complete set and in the original packaging. If the goods are incomplete set, the seller may refuse to accept the returned goods. Changes in the appearance of the product or its packaging that were necessary to inspect the product cannot be considered as substantial changes in the appearance of the product.

When returning, it is necessary to submit a VAT invoice or other document confirming the purchase of the goods and the order number.

When returning the goods, it is necessary to attach a free-form request stating the reason for refusal.

Upon receipt of the returned product and evaluation of the quality, the Seller shall return to the Buyer all money for the product, including delivery costs, within 14 days from the cancellation of the contract of sale of goods. The money is transferred by bank transfer to the specified bank account of the Buyer.

We will not accept returned goods if: the product has been ordered according to the special needs of the customer, the product has been tinted according to the customer's needs, bottled according to the customer's needs.

The discussed conditions apply to private and business persons who have not concluded an agreement with UAB "Rigalit Lietuva". Contractual customers are subject to the terms and conditions specified in the contract.

1. Order number

2. Photo of product, photo of defective place

3. Photo of packaging

4. Indicate signs of defect, failure or missing parts

Please indicate how the Buyer wishes the claim to be resolved:

1. Replace with a quality product

2. Fill in the missing parts

3. Refund the money paid

If the reason for the return is the defective goods or the Seller's mistake, the transportation costs will be paid by the Seller.

The response shall be provided within 14 calendar days.
