Automatic sprayer Wagner TOPFINISH GA 1020 for industrial liquid coating convinces with excellent spraying properties and a high-quality spray pattern.
Automatic sprayer Wagner TOPFINISH GA 1020 for industrial liquid coating convinces with excellent spraying properties and a high-quality spray pattern. The universal unit is extremely low-wear, which reduces spare parts costs and cuts maintenance costs in half. This enables safe coating during continuous operation.
Due to its modular construction, it can be used for various jobs, such as coating workpieces made of wood, metal or plastic, where a perfect appearance and high-quality surfaces are required.
Features a two-piece nozzle consisting of a nozzle head and spray nut, saving costs. Only the spray head needs to be replaced after wear. All parts in contact with the material are made of durable stainless steel, and the needle has an additional wear-resistant and low-friction coating.
Optimized, extra-durable packaging and specially coated needle support continuous performance. Even after a million switching operations in field tests, there were no leaks. Accordingly, the number of maintenance operations is significantly reduced. Due to the modular and maintenance-friendly design, worn and spare parts can be replaced very quickly. This increases productivity while reducing maintenance and spare parts costs.
Optimized design reduces overspray and material costs. This allows for up to 85 percent transmission efficiency. The material flow is very precisely regulated by the needle adjustment knob with a micrometer screw. Supplied with internal and external air control using sprayer buttons or remote control. To ensure a reliable coating process, the air supply is automatically cut off as soon as the needle closes.
Can be quickly changed to different variations. Multiple air caps and nozzles are available for different paint applications. To keep storage and investment costs low, these and the needles are identical to the spare parts of the TOPFINISH manual air sprayer GM 1030P. TOPFINISH GA 1030 can optionally be supplied with several circulation options, with or without rinsing
valve and with various base plates. Optional rear or side connections support optimal movement. There are several adapters available depending on the type of mounting required and the installation of the robot. In addition, there is a robot version with a fixed needle stroke without air valves.
Advantages of TOPFINISH GA 1020:
• Various applications: suitable for coating workpieces made of wood, metal or plastic, where quality appearance is important. Can be used on water and solvent based as well as UV and highly abrasive materials. Can be individually configured according to special requirements.
• Excellent coating results: you save material costs as the transfer efficiency reaches up to 88%.
• Low maintenance: optimized, extremely durable packaging. Long maintenance intervals due to durable components. Quick replacement of worn and spare parts.
• Reliable: the universal device is extremely low wear and ensures a safe coating during continuous operation. Precisely manufactured air splitting heads and optimized air flow ensure perfect atomization.
