Powder paint preparation and supply center Wagner IPS is a powerful, highly integrated and fully automated paint powder supply and color change system.

It has a double supply of fresh powder, preparation of powder by ultrasonic sieving, vibration and fluidization methods, as well as highly precise powder dosing elements for feeding powder to atomizers.

Integrated sensors such as weight, flow, pressure and level as well as a fully automatic color change system ensure high efficiency and productivity.

Thanks to the SFT (Smart Feeding Technology) feeding concept, constant feeding of toner powder is ensured even at high output for a long time. IPS is integrated into a complete system with central management.

• High surface quality: IPS MASTER integrates powder preparation, supply and dosing into a closed system, which helps ensure a clean working environment. Due to the state-of-the-art powder preparation with ultrasonic sieving of fresh and recirculated powders and a vibrating and liquefying container, a very high degree of coating purity is ensured.
• Low maintenance: the innovative dosing of fresh and recirculated powder without kinetic energy (Soft Flow Feeding) allows the powder to be gently introduced into the liquid container. This significantly reduces wear and tear and maintenance costs.
