Wagner IP 5000 is a feeding system for feeding of large quantities of paint powder in the air. Can convey up to 5 kg/min of powder with low dust.

An integrated maintenance interval display virtually eliminates unplanned production interruptions.

Integrated automatic rinsing and cleaning program for safe and quick color changes.

Advantages of Wagner IP 5000:
• Quick color change: simple operation without multiple key assignments. Automatic cleaning program of the suction and feed direction and the adjustable flushing function allow for a quick color change.
• Excellent painting results: four preset and freely programmable paint recipes for flat and complex parts, as well as for recoating, save time-consuming manual adjustment of electrostatics. Active maintenance interval display with remaining life indicator ensures optimal maintenance procedures.
• Reliable: pump allows high flow rates with low air consumption. Long supply distances of up to 50 meters can be overcome without any problems.
• High performance: basis of constant and high feeding performance is the combination of vacuum and dense flow feeding.
• Flexible application: can be supplied directly from the box, from 200 liter drums or from the BigBag. IP 5000 is also suitable for emptying post-filter tanks and can be optimally integrated into the production process for feeding between powder stocks.
