Wagner HeavyCoat 970 G is the most powerful petrol hydraulically operated spray kit for handling particularly viscous materials. If you often work with materials with extremely high viscosity or density, this kit is a great choice and a reliable helper.

Exceptionally high suction power is created by the movement of the piston stroke. This is further enhanced by the hydraulic drive and is especially suitable for this type of material.

Pump is driven by a hydraulic system. This has the advantage that the valve travel is significantly longer and slower than with electric pumps. High suction power improves the processing of high viscosity materials.

Low wear rate and therefore long equipment life are another positive aspect of hydraulic technology. The wear surfaces of the cylinder and piston rod are coated with a highly resistant layer of hard chromium, so they can withstand aggressive and abrasive materials. The pressure can be adjusted up to 25 MPa.

The particularly reliable Wagner hydraulic pump technology is suitable for large construction sites, with a wide range of applications from building protection and emulsion to extremely high viscosity and high-density materials for indoor and outdoor use.
