What seemed impossible is now possible thanks to a combination of a robust rotor-stator pump and convenient airless technology. The powerful screw pump handles even high-viscosity filling materials without any problems.

It can be said that this Wagner device sets new standards for pump performance and ease of use. It is the first Wagner machine to also process dispersion paints with innovative HEA technology.

However, the Wagner ergonomic airless pistol AG 19 and the high-pressure hose, perfectly designed to work with high-viscosity materials and guarantee easy and ergonomic hose control, are essential for long-term operation.
• Low noise: for quiet and comfortable spraying without the need for additional compressed air, no additional air compressor required. PlastCoat HP 30 sprays the material and creates an operating pressure of up to 120 bar without an additional compressor.
• Quick cleaning: the simple and reliable design of the pump allows for quick disassembly and assembly of the pump, making it easy to clean and maintain. The material tank, hose and other components are also made of materials that are extremely easy to clean.
• Long service life: the screw pump/pump without additional valves or diaphragms impresses with extremely low wear and very easy maintenance.
• Easy to transport: thanks to its compact dimensions and large pneumatic tires, the unit can be easily transported to the site as well as on the construction site.
