Sequence of the gloss surface polishing process:
- First step. Sanding at 7000 - 8000 rpm. speed using „Microstar P1200" grain disc to remove bumps and defects. For thicker surfaces, use „Abranet Ace P1000" grain abrasive.
- Second step. Sanding at 7000 rpm. speed using „Abralon" discs to reduce the level of surface scratches, resulting in a faster polishing process.
- Third step. Polishing from 1100 to 2000 rpm. speed using „Polarshine 10" polishing compound with „Lamswool Pro" pad.
- Fourth step. For the final polishing step, use „Polarshine 10" polishing paste together with Mirka „Yellow Waffle" polishing sponge.
