The Wooster Brush Company was founded in 1851. and is one of the oldest manufacturers of paint applicators in the United States. Company founder Adam Foss came from Pennsylvania to Ohio and set up shop there. He began making handmade bristle brushes in a small two-story building in Worcester, Ohio, and then sold them door-to-door across the state.
In more than 170 years of operation, Wooster has established many important landmarks in the industry. Produces over 2,000 products for painters of all skill levels. The company has more than 888,000 square feet of manufacturing, logistics, administrative and warehousing facilities. Experience in this industry is unmatched, with 650 dedicated employees, each with an average of 13 years of service.
