Wagner HeavyCoat 970 E (2332191) - is the most powerful electric hydraulically controlled airless painting/filler kit for processing extremely viscous materials. If you often work with extremely viscous or dense materials, this machine is an excellent choice and a reliable assistant.

The extremely high suction power is created by the movement of the piston stroke. This is further enhanced by the hydraulic drive and is particularly suitable for this type of material.

The pump is driven by a hydraulic system. This has the advantage that the valve travel is significantly longer and slower than with electrically driven pumps. High suction power improves the processing of high viscosity materials.

The low rate of wear and the resulting long service life of the equipment is another positive aspect of hydraulic technology. The wear surfaces of the cylinder and piston rod are coated with a highly resistant layer of hard chrome, so they can withstand aggressive and abrasive materials. The pressure can be adjusted up to 25 MPa.

Wagner's highly reliable hydraulic pump technology is suitable for large construction sites with a wide range of applications from building protection and emulsion to extremely high viscosity and very dense materials for interior and exterior applications.
