WOOD REPAIR 162 thermal putty granules are a filling material specially developed for the solid wood industry. With it, you can easily and effectively fill branches, cracks, scratches and other wood defects. You can also easily repair defects in corners and edges. Pellets are intended for industrial use as they require a closed container system and an automatic tool eg: TR55.

Granules are particularly suitable for the production of parquet, where cracks, scratches and defects need to be treated. High hardness, less flexible, suitable for solid wood floors.

How to use:
First, choose the right quality of wood products. We offer three different quality features, each with specific advantages.

Semi-automatic use:
• Adjust the temperature of the machine according to the label on the pellet bag
• Fill the tool with pellets when it is ready
• Repair cracks, splits, etc. with putty granules
• Ready for sanding - by hand or machine tool
• Use a surface treatment after sanding. Putty granules are suitable for all types of surface treatment

Pellet gun/tank system:
• Adjust the temperature according to the label on the pellet bag
• Fill with pellets when it is ready
• Repair the damaged areas with pellets and place a cooling block on top
• Remove the excess with the excess removal tool
• Sand after repair and the surface is ready for processing
