Wagner E-Line powder coating line is an entry-level solution in automatic powder coating systems that includes all the necessary components needed to implement an automated and reliable powder coating process.

Using proven WAGNER application technology, E-Line systems offer excellent painting quality, fast color change and high process reliability. Compact design of the system saves space for integration.

Advantages of Wagner E-Line:
• High painting quality: above-average painting results thanks to the robust and powerful automatic sprayers PEA-X1, highly precise sprayer control units EPG-S2 with active air volume control and movement systems with the highest precision and repeatability.
• Efficient suction of paint powder: coating-neutral air flow, ensuring higher coating efficiency due to the special construction of the PVC chamber with a two-way exhaust system.
• High painting efficiency and lower powder consumption: automatic on/off of powder output during the coating process using intelligent gap and height control.
• Easy and intuitive system management: efficient management of components (powder preparation and supply center, motion system, camera, filter) using an all-in-one system control integrated into the paint powder preparation and supply center.
• Low energy consumption: high efficiency of the energy utilization system thanks to the patented WAGNER EEP concept. By using specially designed suction pipes and a monocyclone, the total energy consumption of the system can be reduced to a minimum.
• Space-saving integration: a special compact system design is possible, ensuring a minimum space occupied by the device.
